We are a New Zealand based manufacturing company and as an Essential Business remain in production of Food to supply New Zealand’s Supermarkets.Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Warehouse Manager on a full-time basis. This is a permanent position working in our Hubbards Business in Mangere, Auckland.To be successful for this role, you will have:Ability to set a high-performing team environment, develop staff and build strong relationshipsExperience in Warehouse Management, including importing and exporting compliance, ideally within the FMCG industryExpertise in ERP and WMSStrong business and commercial acumen - managing to a budget is essentialMust have experience in continuous improvement projects and/or lean manufacturingHave excellent understanding of business data and how to forecast and track progress and report on projects/KPIsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detailFantastic problem-solving abilityStrong planning and great organisation skillsAll interviewing will be conducted by phone or video link and all relevant employment checks will be conducted.Our Values are important to us.
