3 Month Temp Role (possibility of extension)$28-$32p/h depending on experienceASAP start | Full time Based in Mt WellingtonOur client is a one of a kind organization in the aerospace industry. This role will sit within the supply chain and logistics team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch logistic support to their staff, clients, and contractors, ensuring seamless equipment transfers and stock coordination. This role not only supports their production and project timelines but also fosters a culture where team members have each other's backs. Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and kit components and inventory items for production, and meet standard operating procedures (SOPs).Perform picking, packing, and dispatching duties, maintaining logistics efficiency.Sustain the supply of materials to the shop floor and collaborate cross-functionally to address bottlenecks.Manage raw material movements and replenishment processes.Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts regularly.Uphold stock point accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory records.Ensure warehouse organization according to company principles.Prioritize health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE and reporting incidents promptly.Skills and Experience:
Essential:
High school diploma.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.2+ years of experience in a warehouse environmentPreferred:
