Warehouse Assistant – Te Awamutu

Our client, a leading manufacturer of premium New Zealand Manuka Honey, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team in Te Awamutu. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for being reliable, having a high level of initiative, a can-do attitude and want a career in warehousing. While initially a temporary position they are prepared to offer a permanent position in time for the right person, invest in your training and development. About the role: You will be working a 40-hour week between Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm. You will be used where needed across all aspects of the warehouse team including but not exclusive; Pick packing Moving stock (up to 25kgs) Stock taking Data entry Inwards/outwards receipting Delivery of materials for production Unload / Load trucks (prepared to sit OSH forklift license) To be considered for these roles we are looking for individuals with proven: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good numeracy & literacy skills Attention to detail High level of initiative and able to work autonomously Advantageous previous experience with a reach truck, or reversing trailers Interested?
