Seeking a 3PL Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor, managing 20 staff?

My client is seeking an outstanding Nightshift supervisor to run there new facility with the Nightshift team. They are a great company that really looks after there people and prefer to promote from within.You must have either "Third Party Warehousing" or "Warehouse" Supervisory experience to be considered for this role!Managed a team of 20 Staff
Have a min of three years of SAP experience
Competency Key Outputs/ Performance Indicators Stock Administration
Completely manage the flow of stock through defined areas of the warehousing operation (inwards, storage & dispatch)
The physical process to be aligned with movements in SAP, or principal provided system
System stock by location should correlate exactly with physical stock
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Work Instructions (WIs)
Compliance to company SOPs
Responsibility for ensuring SOPs are in place for all critical tasks under your direction
Responsibility for ensuring WIs are in place for all processes
StaffSupervision of staff (up to 20)
Responsibility for ensuring all staff are trained and training is documented according to company training procedures
Minimum of yearly appraisals of all staff under your direction
If required, following the company disciplinary procedures with staff
Reporting / RecordsCompletion of reports as per Principals requirements
Documented monthly reporting of staff meetings and KPI results for the department.
Cleaning programs completed and reported
Cycle-counts / Stock takes completed as scheduled or more frequently
Health and Safety
Follow safe work practices according to the company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures
Report hazards to management
