You will be an integral part of the Production Management Team and will take ownership for developing and maintaining a high-performance team and driving culture so that the site lives to Goodman Fielder's values. Responsibilities will include : Manage people, plant, and materials to ensure efficiencies across productivity, downtime, waste % reduction target, OEE and others Provide key leadership on process efficiency and innovation, lead and execute change management activities to support ongoing continuous improvement Ensures compliance with required Quality, GMP, Hygiene and Food Safety policies, standards and procedures Build a Zero Harm culture through being an advocate for Never Walk By'About YouTo make this role a success you will have a background in food manufacturing at a management level with a commitment to Safety and Culture and influencing others to achieve high performance. Skillsets and qualifications we are looking include : Experience in leading high-performing manufacturing teams, preferably in food production A working understanding of quality assurance and food safety systems Level 4 Qualified Baker would be desirable but not essential Experience with SAP The ability to embrace challenges, take learnings from mistakes and persistence in the face of setbacksWhat can we offer you?
