Due to increased demand and growth, we are seeking an inhouse Video Editor & Production Assistant to join their high performing Marketing team based from head office in Invercargill.Role:We're looking for a skilled Video Editor with equal amounts of flair, organisation and technical knowledge. You will be required to work closely alongside the Video Content Lead and wider Marketing team producing polished and professional content that ranges from brand films, advertising and corporate content, product releases as well as interviews and educational content.This newly created position is based on a usual Monday to Friday 40 hour work week, but can vary and include travel and physical tasks depending on production requirements.On offer for the successful candidate is a great remuneration package including a vehicle allowance, access to bonuses and medical insurance for you and immediate family.Skills:Excellent editing and software skills including Adobe Expert Pro & After Effects (Da Vinci Resolve beneficial)Highly collaborative, accurate and organised with well-developed time management skillsArticulate and professional communicatorSolutions orientated with pragmatic ideas and initiativeCalm and focused under pressure - this can be a busy, varied and deadline driven roleTasks:Ingesting footage and creating proxiesOrganising footage and projects to a professional, easy-to-navigate standard.Editing content according to Script & StoryboardsSourcing appropriate soundtrack and SFX optionsProducing quality audio mixesIntegrating titles and motion graphics from After EffectsCrafting cuts for various online platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)Production duties which may include running, camera operating, lighting assistance or as a first ACApply:This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled and team orientated person looking to further their career in a successful, supportive and dynamic environment.
