We supply our customers with quality vehicles, and to offer comprehensive Insurance and Finance services to our clients at the lowest possible prices.Core objectives include:·       Constructing framework sections in metal, wood, fibreglass and other materials using shaping machines and cutting and welding equipment·       Bolting, screwing, riveting and welding sections together to form complete frameworks·       Cutting and shaping panels of sheet metal, aluminium and reinforced plastic and attaching to Frameworks using hand and power tools·       Modifying assembly line vehicles to special requirements·       Preparing new vehicle trim work according to drawings and sketches, and removing old coverings and fittings from vehicles and taking new measurements·       Selecting and cutting pieces of fabric, vinyl and leather and sewing pieces together using heavy-duty sewing machines·       Installing internal trim in vehicles such as lining, floor coverings and armrests·       Attaching door trims, rubber seals, locks and handles·       Follow standard operating proceduresThe above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.Required qualities·       Professional approach.·       Ability to work under time constraints.·       Organisational and time management skills.·       Excellent attention to detail.·       Be able to work with detergents and other cleaning agentsused in the grooming process·       At least three years of relevant experience.Desired competencies·       Good work ethic·       Initiative.·       Ability to follow process·       Positive approach to change.Skills & competencies·       Communication: the ability to communicate clearly andconcisely, varying communication style depending upon theaudience.·       Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and writtenskills when communicating with others, both internally andexternally.·       Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others asrequired and get on with team members.·       Time management/organisation: accomplish objectiveseffectively within time frame given, and carry outadministrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timelymanner.·       Good knowledge of vehicles·       Knowledge of cleaning equipment and substances and howto use them safely·       Knowledge of different skills and techniques required fordifferent paints·       Customer service skills·       Cleaning skills·       Drivers Licence
