JOB DESCRIPTION / PERSONAL SKILLS:
Serving customers to an exceptional standard, going out of your way to ensure they are walking out the door with a smile on their face, with the right product for their needs Be involved in stock control and stock management Being responsible for processing cash and card payments Stocking shelves with merchandise Keeping the store tidy and clean Additional duties when needed The personal skills that are required for the job:
Having a friendly and engaging personality Confidence in selling products face to face with customers Maintaining a helpful and polite manner and approach Ability to work on feet all day and carry stock boxes when required Having a comprehensive understanding of retail sales Beneficial but not necessary to have knowledge of Vaping equipment and setup Our stores are not like your typical vape shops - we offer a clean, modern and minimalistic in store experience for our customers, welcoming for anyone and everyone!
