YOUR ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge' for UX at GreenSync. You will be a User Experience Designer with experience in both visual and interaction design. You'll be responsible for working closely with our Product Managers and liaising across the business to understand their needs and concerns. Day-to-day you'll be conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, undertaking usability testing and translating findings into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. As our end to end UX designer you will work closely with the development team on new functionality and products, as well as reviewing and improving our existing product.

Responsibilities
Lead user research and utilise qualitative and quantitative insights to make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features.

Reviewing and improving iteratively on the overall user experience of existing GreenSync products.
Facilitate design workshops with clients to identify user goals, needs and opportunities.
Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes and prototypes
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test, validate and iterate your designs.
Create solutions that are optimized for a wide range of devices and adhere to accessibility standards
Create and maintain the design standards and documentation.

Requirements
To be successful, you will have:

Three or more years of UX design experience, ideally you will have some experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Ability to work with users, stakeholders and clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the GreenSync vision.
Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin or similar.
A solid grasp of accessibility concerns, user-centered design and testing methodologies, particularly with a small customer base to pull from
Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and client, both technical and non-technical.
The ability and demonstrate an interest in researching and showcasing your knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
