About the Role:
This role is filling two roles (one more senior and another more intermediate) within the Urban Design Team. It has opened up due to increased workload and more projects requiring an individual to lead them. This person will be leading and contributing to the work stream and delivery of projects within the Public Space. Since you will be managing projects, it is essential to have solid experience managing projects through a design led approach.
In this role, you will be:
Co-designing projects with the community
Involved in strategy development
Master planning and district plan reviews
Contributing to a variety of urban design and city planning projects

About the Individual:
The candidate in this role will have at least 4 years in a relevant field such as landscape architecture, urban design, architecture or related. They must have have proven skills within urban design and managing projects.
You should have strong communication skills, an ability to coordinate with a team to manage projects, and strong knowledge of the Resource Management Act.
