I am proud to be working in partnership with a large well known corporate client to recruit their Treasury Settlements Reporting Specialist This client is very much an essential service to keeping business in New Zealand moving and this role is important in ensuring that happens from a back office perspective Are you an experienced Treasury Settlements Reporting Specialist If so then please read on as this may be a great opportunity for you to join an amazing organisation Are you passionate about and do you have a keen understanding of the importance of the settlements reporting function and how by adhering to internal policy and protocols you can ensure and contribute to a smooth finance and accounting function Do you want to work for an organisation that is proud of the diversity and inclusion it fosters and how everyone is able to contribute with a voice that will be heard The key responsibilities of the role Manage and facilitate the back office Treasury Settlements function and assist the Group Reporting Finance team with Reporting tasks as and when required Ensure adherence to and compliance with statutory requirements and with internal policies and procedures and support any internal audit process Drives process improvement initiatives for financial processes Preparation input and organising authorisation of payment of foreign currency and domestic payments via an online payments system ensuring that all payments are represented in treasury system Reconcile daily bank balances from Corp Online to daily blotter and reconcile Treasury bank account all FX accounts from Corp Online to Visual Risk Treasury system Assist with Reporting tasks within the Group Reporting Finance function including consolidation of data across Travel Mobile phone and Taxi costs and preparing reports to be utilised by internal stakeholders Skills and Knowledge we are looking for in you Strong Analytical skills to problem solve Able to develop and maintain effective relationships on a wider basis than contacts made through immediate job Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear relevant persuasive recommendations Results focussed action bias and a strong task completer Work equally well in team environment or self started with strong time management skills Attention to detail If you believe you are a great match for this role and would like to learn more about it please get in touch for a confidential chat on 021 613 656 or email me on chris white randstad co nz Alternatively apply now today At Randstad we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all We actively encourage applications from any background Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
