Fluent in both English and Chinese languages. Strong interest in travel and a solid knowledge base of the travel industry,especially in cruise industry. A minimum of two years' experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sales within the cruise sector, is required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to close sales and nurture strong customer relationships, providing dedicated after-sales support. Strong self-motivation.
