Travel Consultant

Our Palmerston North based client is looking for a Travel Consultant to join their expanding team with supporting the travel needs of their well-travelled senior leaders. They travel globally, and you'll be charged with booking flights, accommodation and any other travel requirements they need for a successful and smooth journey. Using your previous experience in the travel industry, you'll look for the best bang for buck deals balanced with the best possible route from A to B. A keen problem solver, you'll fix any issues that may arise and make any last-minute changes that are needed. Accuracy and time management are key for this role, and you'll be naturally great at both. You'll be solutions focussed and willing to go the extra mile to get things done. Knowledge of and experience using a GDS (we use Amadeus) would be beneficial. This is a challenging, fast paced but very rewarding role.
