Travel Agent

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we love giving them the green light to have the time of their lives. This all starts with you! You\'ll be helping them with their booking enquires for New Zealand, Australia and North America, as well as supporting our partners and agents all over the world, all while chasing down sales leads and unconverted enquiries into sales (and earning some sweet commission in the process!).
To become a JUCY Travel Agent, you will:

Be a self-starter who has a positive, can-do fun attitude, maturity, and works well in a team
Be driven to meet and exceed sales and performance targets, having a proven record as a top-flight sales person (did we mention you can earn commission?!)
Have excellent verbal and written English skills, including a personable, clear telephone manner
Have experience in a busy inbound and outbound contact centre, and be able to communicate professionally with our customers via phone, email, social media, live chat, and face-to-face!
Be flexible! We operate on a shift work roster 7-days a week between 6:30am and 9:00pm. But don\'t worry, you will still be able to have a healthy social life!
Have a good knowledge of the geography and travel within Australia, New Zealand and the west coast of North America/Canada
Have at least 1-year experience in the rental vehicle industry
Be competent with the Microsoft Office suite, and quick on the uptake with bespoke technical applications
Ideally have fluency in at least one other language (but English is a must)!
