About the role We currently have a position available for an experienced Transport & Logistics Coordinator to join the Warehouse team. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Warehouse & Sales teams and plays a vital role in the co-ordination of our Supply Chain. The role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of BEO packaged finished goods and ensuring customers receive their products in full and on-time in the most cost-effective manner. We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong administration skills, and who is a team player and has a great attention to detail. This a Monday to Friday role, working 40 hours per week, with a hard-working and close-knit team who are committed to delivering an efficient service for our customers. Some of the duties include (but are not limited to): Responsible for monitoring and checking inwards and outwards documentation. Generating regulatory documentation when required Liaise with transport companies to arrange timely arrival and despatch of product. Coordination of warehouse logistics activities including assigning stock to orders, printing pick slips and preparing outbound documentation. Maintaining daily management of sales orders. Completing CHEP account transfers and reconciliations. To be successful, you will have: A minimum of 1 year administration experience in a high-volume warehousing operation. Highly proficient computer skills, preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability to work well under pressure and forward plan. Clear and positive communication.
