· Monday – Friday, mornings 6am -2.30pm - afternoon shifts 2.30pm -11pm

The role

As a key member of the team, you will have strong interpersonal skills as well as being able to work individually to provide excellent customer service and ensure the efficient distribution functions to BOC customers in the North Island.

Duties

· Produce daily delivery schedules to Drivers

· Data entry using SAP and the MS Office Suite

Ensure that all BOC distribution runs are scheduled effectively
Liaise with drivers and supervisors on a daily basis to monitor runs and deal with situations and issues as they arise.
· Provide the highest level of service to our customers and Drivers

· Be flexible and resilient – this is a fast paced and changing environment

Skills & Experience

· Customer Service Experience

· Be a team player

· The ability to think on your feet and problem solve in a fast paced environment

· Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite

· Ability to handle tight deadlines

· Experience with SAP an advantage

· Understanding of the transport sector an advantage but not essential
