The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:06.Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasksManage customer and client freight queries across multiple divisions within our Mackay DepotHandle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.Liaise with on site operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests in a timely mannerData Entry of timesheet hours, rostering and payroll data into our systems and spreadsheet trackersPrioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely mannerMaintain staff, training and compliance databases where requiredOrder in Uniforms and Stationery where necessaryManage various spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basisWhat you'll bringA high attention to detailStrong Data Entry SkillsA sense of empathy and a passion for Customer ServiceThe ability to prioritise tasks efficientlyA strong attention to safetyPrevious experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)An inclusive workplace, works for everyoneWe celebrate difference.
