About the role Assist with the management of our passenger queues and to provide our guests with information and a great guest experience Helping to load guest equipment and ticket collecting Quick and safe snowchain fitting to our bus fleet when required Cleaning of our buses both inside and out Ensuring the bus cleaning facilities operated correctly and?are kept tidy and organised and stocked with necessary supplies About you Proven ability to work unsupervised along with the ability to work under pressure in a team environment. High levels of energy Good physical fitness Excellent personal presentation Punctual, flexible and reliable Health & safety conscious and a good record in this area Willing to help in other departments/areas of the mountain as requested Comfortable working in an alpine environment in a variety of weather conditions A First Aid qualification and a current Drivers Licence will be an advantage, however not essential An understanding that employment is subject to the vagaries of the weather and the hours of work cannot be guaranteed As Kaitiaki of the mountains we have an enduring commitment to our environment, people, and communities to ensure they benefit from our presence and as proud supporters of Winter Pride we've pledged to continue to provide a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
