Having now reached a point where we need to simplify things, our Data & Insights roadmap, part of our Future Business Systems (FBS) aspiration, will help us achieve this.FBS is our bold aspiration of how we're going to 'create value' by enabling a simpler, faster, resilient, and secure Fonterra.Over the next - 7 years, FBS will coordinate different programmes of work at an enterprise level. The Data & Insights roadmap is part of this transformation.- Across Fonterra, there has been fragmented data ownership, maintenance, management practices and operating models, with fragmented development of technology solutions to support business teams and processes.This has resulted in collections of master and reference data that are not holistically aligned across the co-op, driving complex integrations, process interventions and significant manual activity.Further, our ability to deliver analytical outcomes, recognize value from our data assets and achieve our Long-Term Aspirations is hampered by the existing MDM capabilities and maturity.-Role PurposeThe position of Transformation Lead - MDM is a senior IT Business Unit role, with a significant leadership element, bringing together a change management journey that ensures broad business understanding and support, along with leading delivery to drive the successful introduction and utilisation of new MDM capabilities, operating model and technology platforms.The role reports directly to the Data Transformation Lead on the organisation chart and will work closely with the CDO, Data Lead Team, key business leaders and IT partners.Key to the role will be enabling the opportunities identified in the programme, supporting and managing the dependencies, driving organisational change and business adoption while leading by example to underpin a culture of delivery within the team.The role is accountable for ensuring the engagement across key stakeholders, development of an investment business case, and the successful delivery of a transformative multi-year MDM programme.This will include bringing proven transformation leadership and MDM experience to the selection of technology platform, design, implementation and ongoing support partner/s.Role Accountabilities :The Business Transformation Lead will primarily be accountable for owning the successful delivery and transformation journey across the MDM Programme.This is done through a focus on:Active engagement with the sponsors and programme team to underpin the formulation of, and delivery to a high quality plan and scope for delivery of the overall MDM programme.Providing strong leadership and direction to underpin delivery of change management and communication plans to support the MDM Programme.Supporting the identification, creation and mobilisation of outcome focussed teams to deliver on the sequenced project activities that will ensure the overall success of the programmeSupporting the executive sponsor, Project Manager and team to deliver valuedriven business outcomes.Leading by example in the establishment of a programme environment that fosters collaboration, effective relationship building and cross business engagement.Active partnering with leadership stakeholders and OCM resources to ensure there is a clear, wellarticulated and effective Change Management strategy and plans.Adopting a highly collaborative approach and actively champion the MDM practices, adoption of new ways of working and continuous improvement across all areas.Supporting the early identification, management and remediation of all risks and issues across the MDM Programme in conjunction with project managers, leads and governance mechanismsProviding guidance and counsel in development of longrange plans involving strategy development, resource allocation, work plans, timelines, and financial outcomes.Exceptional partnership with core strategic partners (including vendors) to drive results for the business.About YouYou will bring with you, strong management skills in the areas of change management, transformation, leadership and stakeholder relationsYou will ideally have:Significant experience at successfully leading delivery of#J-18808-Ljbffr
