Your primary focus will be with non-rates debt management.Day to day responsibilities may include;Generating excel reportsFollowing the debt process with customersAssisting the wider team with rates collection as required Nga Pukenga | What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you'll bring;A relevant qualification at trade certificate/diploma level, or work experience.Understanding of debt management would be preferred but not essential.A logical approach to issues and an ability to work to tight deadlines.A positive customer service philosophy.Proven computer skills with high level of accuracy and excellent numerical skills.
