We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers, and repairers taking the hassle out of it for our clients.About the RoleThe Business Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting organisational changes and projects by developing and delivering training.ResponsibilitiesPartner with key stakeholders to develop training content in accordance with business needsMaintain training library, including updating materials to ensure they are relevant and up to dateCoordinate training logistics, including bookings, attendees, knowledge assessments and feedback channelsFacilitate training curriculums to support business stakeholders though organisationsal changes and projectsAnalyse training data to identify trends, gaps and opportunitiesAbout YouWith prior experience in a similar role you come equipped with engaging verbal communication skills, the ability to identify opportunities and competency creating concise and clear training material.
