Reporting to the senior Account Managers located in Christchurch you will be a key member of the team. At times working semi-autonomously you will be process orientated with great communication skills.Key accountabilities include:Account management delivering high levels of customer servicePerformance to prescribed processes and quality standardsHigh levels of attention to detail when interpreting plansCustomer relationship managementExperience in the building sector with a solid understanding of construction processes along with building products knowledge is desirable, you may be looking to get off the tools. While first-hand experience with doors is not essential it would be beneficial.
