We have a great opportunity to join our Nelson team based at Saxton Road working in Trade Services / Sales Support.This is an opportunity to make the most of your impressive knowledge of the building industry, relationship building and telephone sales skills. It’s your ability to predict your customer’s needs when placing orders that creates lasting relationships with our customers. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service to our Trade Customers. Giving customers the right advice and getting the right information for dispatch and delivery is essential.About YouDue to the nature of the role, it is preferred if you have up to date building industry and product knowledge. Of course an excellent phone manner, top notch computer skills and a high level of accuracy and follow through when completing tasks goes without saying!
