CARTERS will make you look forward to Mondays again with this new opportunity…LET'S FRAME THIS FOR YOU:CARTERS Henderson is seeking a sales administrator or coordinator with a second-to-none phone manner, keen eye for detail and commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.Primarily responsible for inbound sales calls, this role handles a number of duties including:Customer enquiries by phone, catering to the needs of respective customersProcessing incoming orders accurately and efficientlyProvide all customers with product advice and tailored solutionsLiaising with the field sales teams with regards to orders, products, deliveries and stockYou'll be able to demonstrate previous experience working in fast-paced environment where customer service is key.
