Test Manager

As the Test Manager, you will take responsibility for building a new testing environment which will include methodology, framework, and ways of working.
The team is a mix of a small internal team coupled with outsourced capability and as such you will still need to be involved in the doing as much as the strategy.
The role: Lead the current test team.Work with senior leadership to shape the future of testing.Create test plans & strategies to ensure sustainable delivery of new technology platforms/services.Work closely with delivery teams to help ensure testing compliments and enhances delivery.Skills required: Experience building testing frameworks and practices.Including automation, CI/CD as well as maintaining manual environmentsComfortable working with cross-functional teamsStrong knowledge across an array of systems testing.You will need to be a strong communicator within a tight-knit team.Possess an excellent ability to present to senior stakeholders.Experience working within an Agile environment.What you will get in return is an excellent overall benefits package, as well as the ability to put your mark on an environment that's in a very exciting phase.
