Your responsibilities will include providing strategic direction for the test team, partnering with tech leads and architects to ensure engineering and test practices are aligned and ensuring timely delivery of test deliverables. You will also engage in hands-on testing, guide and mentor team members across APAC delivery engineering, and serve as a positive influence for technical best practices. This role offers the opportunity to lead testing in implementation projects, working with Customers on testing deliverables such as test plans, test execution and supporting the customer during customer led test activities.You have an agile mindset, and a clear understanding of the business' bigger picture. You enjoy ensuring a quality product is delivered to customers and ideally will have some experience in the Energy Market.
