The Soudal culture is firmly based on our values of "Ambitious Bravery", "Uncomplicated Sincerity" and "Shared Loyalty".  THE ROLE As our Territory Manager for the Northland region (based in either Whangarei or Kerikeri), you'll be the driving force behind the growth of our retail and trade customers. You'll also develop relationships with end users in the region. This role is about more than just sales; it's about building lasting relationships and providing solutions that matter. You'll identify opportunities, develop strategies to increase market share, and engage both new and existing customers. We're looking for someone who can represent our values and passion, becoming a true ambassador for Soudal in the region. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in your territory • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and end-users • Identify and target new business opportunities • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals • Contribute to our exciting and ambitious future plans THE PERSON: To be successful, you will need: • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills • Self-motivation, with a 'can-do' attitude and the drive to succeed. • Ideally, experience in the construction or related industry (not mandatory). • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
