Together, we are looking to recruit a Territory Manager to service their upper North Island construction customers! This role will be responsible for overseeing and leading all facets of business development, account management, and portfolio growth across this diverse region.
About the role:Managing the upper North Island Territory construction customers – including contractors, specifiers, and end usersManaging all aspects of the territory, including orders, queries, pricing etc.Managing and developing the construction customer base Involvement in the full range of selling activities - key account management, new business development, and territory managementLiaising with the customer service and distribution teams to ensure deliveries/delays are managedResponsible for the overall sales growth within the territoryAbout you: You possess the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships, and enjoy being face to faceYou are familiar with the building materials or construction sectors (highly beneficial but not essential)You are a relationship-builder by nature, able to break down barriers with key decision-makers and influence outcomes You have a customer-centric approach and the ability to hunt and secure new business Benefits:
