About the role As a Territory Manager for Selleys, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for mutual business growth through sound commercial insights, providing a high level of professional service and field representation to our key customers, such as Bunnings, Mitre 10, Placemakers, Carters, independent Trade and Paint Specialist stores.
This position will be a key advisor and influencer, playing an important role in growing business in both the retail and trade space. You will be a self-driven professional with strong communication and relationships skills, which will enable you to work closely with our retail channels.
Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of customers, driving sales opportunities and being the face of the brand.Building trust and influencing customers by demonstrating sound understanding of data, category management principles, product and market knowledge.Executing strategies to create demand and achieve sales targets and KPI's.Managing and planning your time effectively, to maintain your customer visits and call cyclesIdentify & maximize instore growth opportunities.Skills & Experience Demonstrated 'on the road' sales experience in the relevant hardware/ trade sales space, FMCG or similar is preferred.Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, build rapport and collaborate with key stakeholders.Strong verbal and written communications and a high level of business acumen.Thorough understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomes.Experience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting and planning is ideal.Why DuluxGroup?
