Tendering & Pricing Coordinator

As part of the Alliance including Waka Kotahi, KiwiRail, Downer, Fulton Hogan, and Higgins, you'll play a pivotal role in reshaping the highway and rail networks in Te Tairawhiti (Gisborne) and Te Matau a Maui (Hawke's Bay). We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Tendering & Pricing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Tendering and Evaluations Specialist and Panel Managers to ensure that TREC's project delivery objectives are met by sourcing suppliers and contractors that are reliable, fit for purpose, and offer the best overall value. Your responsibilities will include tendering and pricing administration, coordination duties, and other tasks within the procurement team, all while upholding TREC's standards of governance and probity. What we're looking for: Relevant experience in pricing, tender management, or general procurement, preferably in civil, infrastructure, or construction disciplines. Quantity Surveying experience is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels. Proactive, organized, and hands-on approach, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
