We are proud to represent our client who is a leader in the professional services consultancy sector. They are looking for a temporary Administrator for 4 weeks and this may be extended. They are looking for someone to start ASAP! You will have a key role in providing essential administrative support to the Business Services Manager and the rest of the consultants. You will need to have a positive attitude, be good with time management, and be willing to jump in and help wherever you are needed. The role is permanent full-time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Duties include: General office administration and support Organise catering for team events, including morning teas, lunches etc., and other functions/presentations Provide a professional and warm welcome to visitors, ensuring they are signed in, have been offered refreshments, and are shown to the appropriate meeting space Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, transferring calls as required and distributing messages Process incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Provide assistance with building and carpark access for visitors Maintain tidy meeting rooms, storage spaces, and production area, stocking up with appropriate equipment and supplies photocopying, printing, scanning, laminating, binding/collation, and distribution of reports and documents Provide support for meeting room set-up and associated tele/videoconference technology. Troubleshooting where required. Log IT support tickets as appropriate dropping and picking up vehicles when required for service / WOF / maintenance Provide backup support to other roles and responsibilities including Reception/phone answering Other office duties as required To be considered you will ideally have: Previous Office Administration experience Project coordination experience Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word Highly organised, proactive, and reliable High level of accuracy and an excellent eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in-person and over the phone.
