What is temporary work?
Commonly known as ‘Temping’, temporary work is the gig economy of office support roles. ‘Get your foot in the door’ and make an impression to an Employer through assignments varying in length from 1 day, for up to 6 months, or more.

How does it work?
As a Madison employee, you will be assigned on a placement with one of our clients who has an immediate requirement, or an upcoming project requiring additional support. You could also be needed to cover sick leave, annual leave or an unexpected short fall of staff.

Who can do temp work?
New Zealand citizens seeking flexibility and some short term roles, we need you! Working Holiday visas, open working visas, open post grad visa with no restrictions - we need you! Temporary work is perfect for all candidates with the right experience, who are eligible to work in New Zealand.
