This is a newly created role due to the growth we have experienced in this sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with standards and meeting client expectations. Act as the primary client liaison, managing project scopes and effectively communicating fee variations. Develop and implement project work plans, overseeing resources for successful project completion. People Leadership and Relationship Management Mentor junior drafters and engineering staff, fostering excellence in telecommunications drafting within a fast-paced environment.
