Farmlands Technology & Digital team is on the hunt for a Technology Operations Manager to join our talented, creative and fun-loving crew. This role reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer and if you're a super-switched on "Techo" with awesome people skills then this is the role for you!

As a natural problem solver, you'll have the ability to effectively manage a team of Engineers, Administrators and general Technology black-belts and possess a super engaging style. You'll be an innovative thinker who challenges the status quo and works collaboratively to deliver a world-class service.

The role
This is a pivotal role within the Technology & Digital team and is responsible for overseeing the Technology Operations team's performance and as well as:
Working closely internal and external stakeholders to manage and ensure Continuous Improvement
Building partnerships with external providers and ensuring the level of support is aligned with business requirements

About you
Key to this role will be your ability to "hit the ground running" drawing on your strong experience working in a similar Technology Operations management role in a large organisation. You will also have:
Proven experience with leading and mentoring teams ideally within the ICT sector
A strong customer service focus and proven ability to take a long-term partnership view with internal and external stakeholders
