This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in service design, project leadership, and risk management to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of B2B service strategies aligned with UniMed's visionManage service delivery projects, ensuring operational agility, strategic alignment, and effective risk managementDrive customer-centric service design and continuous improvement initiativesOversee the service development lifecycle, applying rigorous project management and risk frameworksFoster strong relationships with business customers, partners, and cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with relevant health, safety, and wellbeing regulations and standardsContribute to financial planning and management for B2B servicesAbout YouWe're seeking a leader with a proven track record in service development, project management, and client-facing roles, ideally within the health, wellbeing, safety, or insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will bring:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (eg health, project management, business, risk management) or equivalent experience10+ years' experience overseeing service lifecycles, managing complex projects, and implementing effective risk management strategiesAdvanced knowledge of service development best practices and a strong customer-centric mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercial acumen and financial literacyPassion for the health and wellbeing sector and leveraging expertise to inform product strategy and risk managementRelevant qualifications in project management, change management, health and safety, or risk management (advantageous)Be part of a high performing team with an organisation that is values driven and genuinely committed to the health and well-being of our Members.
