Prepare and propose high level design based on the requirements adhering to Program Architecture and utilizing the best practices of Siebel CRM application. Prepare/Review Low Level Design for business critical requirements Lead POCs to validate requirements with the Siebel CRM capabilities Lead development team to build the Application based from Low level design ensuring adherence to CRM standard practices Review the code built to ensure it meets delivery standards Support System, Integration and User testing of developed requirements in various environments like UAT, Pre-Production and Production. Contribute to Project plan for completeness and accuracy. Co-ordinate onshore/offshore activitiesSkill/Competency Requirements: 9+ years of experience in the coding, designing and implementation of Siebel CRM solutions in Telecom Domain Excellent knowledge of Siebel CRM Architecture, processes and Best Practices Excellent understanding of Siebel Public Sector and Telecommunication domain.
