ABC is hiring fulltime technicians in Auckland with expertise in fire alarms, sprinklers, security, and data cabling. Candidates should have experience in Fire Systems, Security & CCTV, and Structured Cabling for commercial buildings. ABC are currently looking to employ fulltime technicians to fill multiple vacancies for the companies Auckland operations.
Candidates who have experience and skills to undertake installation, servicing, and callouts in any of the following trades, fire alarms, sprinklers, security, and data cabling.
ABCspecializes in design, engineering, installation, and 24/7 maintenance of Fire Systems, Security & CCTV, and Structured Cabling in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. The company is based in Manukau and also has an office in Hamilton.
Fire Alarm Technicians - minimum 2 years trade experience
Security Technicians - minimum 3 years experience programming, etc.
Data Technicians - Commercial building experience preferred.
Sprinkler Technicians - commercial sprinkler fitters and testers
To be able to work unsupervised or in a team environment on new construction and existing building projects, good knowledge and understanding of the architectural and services drawings.
Requirements/Details:
- Installation, maintenance, fault finding, etc.
- Able to use and have knowledge of power tools
- Use of ladders, working off scissor platforms at heights exceeding 10m
- Assist in material preparation for projects
- Must have a clean driver's license
- Must have good communication skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Person with work visa may also be considered
- Person with transferable technical skills from other trades will also be considered.
