Technical Support Specialist - Hydraulics

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team at our branch at 42 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland. Working hours will be 40 hours per week with paid overtime as needed. Base hourly wage at $35-$40 per hour.Duties include but are not limited to:Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordinglyServes existing accounts by analysing work orders, conducting tests, and resolving problems.Provides service by studying system requirements, completing installation, performing acceptance tests.Maintains and develops customer relationships, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements, and maintaining customer confidentiality.Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
