This is a multi-faceted role that encompasses the following: Providing solutionsand building relationshipswith customersPrioritizing workloads and providing project specific technical supportAssisting with testing and replication of issues to define and close support ticketsEnsuring customer knowledge base is advanced with key product information where applicableOur ideal candidate will have the following: Security, CCTV or Access Control industry experienceExceptional problem solving skills and attention to detailExceptional communication skills (written and verbal)A passion for providing top notch customer serviceHigh level of motivation with the ability to work unsupervisedICToffers a unique, friendly and professional team environment with personal growth and career development on offer for the right person.
