Technical Services Officer

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Service Officer for a permanent position based in Geebung. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial kitchen & catering equipment & an electrical background. The primary focus of this position is to provide technical support to customers & on-site service technicians.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar service role
Current resume with 2 x work related references
Electrical Trade Qualifications highly regarded
Commercial kitchen/ catering/ bakery equipment product knowledge
Ability to provide technical advise, fault diagnosis & troubleshooting over the phone, by email or in person
Demonstrate excellent & effective communication to clients & service technicians
High level of attention to detail
