Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify technical candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure their skills and experience align with client requirements.Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, culture, and technical requirements. Collaborate with clients to define job specifications and provide insights on market trends.Job Matching: Skillfully match candidates to job opportunities, ensuring a strong fit for both the candidate and the client. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.Candidate Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing detailed information about the client, the role, and interview tips. Assist candidates in optimizing their resume and improving their interview skills.Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and clients, ensuring that both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements.Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for placed candidates into their new roles.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
