Technical Project Manager - Software Development About us: Robotron is a German IT software company that provides support and solutions to customers in the energy market. About the opportunity: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management and software development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for software development as well as overseeing the end-to-end management of IT projects, from conception to implementation, testing, and acceptance. Your primary focus will be on coordinating tasks, timelines, and costs to ensure the quality and successful completion of projects. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our customers and technical experts, ensuring smooth collaboration and project progress. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget constraints.  Analyse customer specifications and develop technical proposals for software implementation, leveraging expertise in SQL and software module design.  Contribute to the design and development of software modules, focusing on SQL topics and individual application development. Coordinate communication between customers and technical teams to facilitate project requirements and feedback. Manage and schedule project resources, including employees and external contractors, to ensure efficient project execution. Collaborate closely with software development teams to align project objectives with product development goals. Assist in the preparation of customer-specific offers, including evaluation, solution proposals, and cost estimation based on project requirements and specifications. About you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience(AB2) in IT project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL and software development, with the ability to design and implement software modules and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate tasks and facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse customer requirements and develop technical solutions. Experience in preparing customer-specific offers and proposals, including evaluation and cost estimation, is highly desirable.
