Technical Lead / Senior Ios Developer Permanent Auckland

What will you do?

As aTechnical Lead / Senior iOS Developer, you will be leading the overall IOS development across the organisation whilst leading a team of 5 developers focused on a consistent drive to improvement. This role will require you to work closely with the broader IT functions across the organisation which include the Development teams, Product Owners, Security and Architecture in order to provide high level advice, updates and expertise which will involve ensuring both technology and best practice frameworks are being utilised to achieve great outcomes and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organisations mobile application.

Your background:

Solid experience as an IOS Technical Lead/ Senior Developer – large enterprise exposure preferred
Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams
Strong experience with using Swift and Objective C
Extensive experience with IOS application development
Experience with Testing: Unit Testing (preferably TDD) & UI (preferably Calabash) – others may be considered
Solid experience with the end to end software development process including design, development and release/ deployment
Strong exposure to CI/CD utilising tools such as Fastlane with Jenkins or Azure Devops
Working with concurrency/multi-threading in iOS
Experience with Dependency Management
Exposure to integrating 3rd party library’s
In-depth knowledge of security concepts
Code Analysis/testing exposure
Solid experience with C#/.Net experience and microservices/API development
