Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) The Role: As a Mobile Development Technical Lead you will be the link between product, development and architecture, being able to have your say and provide technical direction using your extensive expertise. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Managers and Developers and Designers to achieve great outcomes, whilst mentoring a small team of your own using Agile practices. You'll be in a "player/coach" role, able to be hands-on and work on cutting edge technologies, but also step back and guide others, helping your team be their best. About You: You'll possess extensive experience as a Senior Developer/Tech Lead, and be able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders, vendors, team members and others within the wider business. You'll have knowledge of helping build a mobile app from its early stages, and fundamental knowledge of software architecture, and good practices and principles. Ideally you will also have experience in creating on-prem and cloud integration solutions.
