About the Role: As they continue to expand their operation, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Director to oversee business operations for all building services and commissioning management projects in the Wellington/Lower North Island region.
As the Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role overseeing business operations and managing day-to-day activities within the Wellington office. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates, ensuring successful project delivery, driving business development initiatives, and upholding highest standards of client care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Act as the Line Manager for Associates, providing leadership, guidance and trainingOversee project management and deliveryPreparing pricing, tenders, proposal and estimates for new projectsEnsure compliance with NZ engineering and commissioning standardsManage project progress claimsDrive business development and cultivate client relationshipsAbout you: Ideally you will have following skills…
