About the role:As Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects by defining technical architecture, contributing to business analysis activities and supporting our pre-sales efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive technical architecture strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance in selecting appropriate technologies for our projects.
Conduct business analysis activities to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
Support presales activities by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting technical proposals.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
While the role will not involve hands-on programming for the most part, there may be occasional instances where you may need to jump in to help with a blocker.
About You: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the tech industry, demonstrating expertise in architecture & cloud platforms.
Strong background in technical architecture, including designing scalable and reliable systems.
Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans.
Proven experience in presales activities, showcasing your ability to present technical proposals and build client relationships.
A deep passion for technology and a natural inclination to explore new possibilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
Note that while we largely use .NET, Node, React Native, Flutter & Azure - we are open to different technical backgrounds.
