Two long term contracts are up for grabs with a busy financial services company who are looking to for Technical Business Analysts for an urgent start.

This is really interesting regulatory change programme which is in growth mode. They are seeking Technical Business Analysts who have solid experience with enterprise projects and must come from within a financial services environment. This role would suit someone with exposure to projects across regulation, finance and business change initiatives however the focus is more on the technical delivery side for these roles.
Key Requirements:
Reviewing current state business systems and capture all integration points across the operational environment
Collaborate with technical teams to meet their definition of readiness as well as the programmes Functional Business Analysts to identify and manage initiative requirements and dependencies
Problem solving to assess and support solution options for business and technical requirements.
Ability to drive things forward and feel comfortable in a climate of ambiguity.
Key responsibilities
You will be a hands on Technical Business Analyst with experience from requirements definition processing through to solution delivery
Must have worked in a financial services environment previously
Technical experience, systems modelling, experience using development workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
Experience with data analysis including database structures and familiar with data messaging, problem solving in multiple integrated systems environment.
Experience using Scrum and Agile techniques.
Ability to problem solve and a be a strategic thinker
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships
You will provide detailed instructions for training and support for change management
