As a "growing-guru", you not only need to know the Farmlands business inside and out, you also need to know about the shareholders you deal with every day. The role has a strong focus on account management and maintaining relationships with shareholders from many backgrounds. You will be the face of Farmlands to many shareholders that spend their time on the farm - so we need someone who believes in what we do and the service we have been providing for more than 60 years. Mohou ake | About you Ideally you'll befamiliar with the horticultural environment, have relevant and broad industry experience and be confident providing technical advice - you could make the difference to someone's very livelihood.A strong focus on sales and relationship building, excellentcommunication skills and impeccable time management are critical to your success in this role.
