Technical Advisor

About the RoleThe Maritime Cargo and Construction division has a newly created opportunity due to growth for a Technical Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of high-level technical information and support to the Division and its Customers and will be the key contact in relation to equipment/system performance and trend analysis. The Technical Advisor provides an interface between the Factory (MCC) and other service and support functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical advice and support on range of Liebherr-Maritime Cargo and Construction Products Liaising with the factory to resolve technical concerns. Monitoring and analysis on equipment performance Deliver training associated with technical information. Planning of technician pool in co-ordination with Services Coordinators Contribute to managing the WIP. Support of commissioning jobs Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. About you Trade qualifications in mechatronic or a combination of electric, electronic, mechanic and hydraulic technologies 5+ years' experience as a Service Technician with at least 3 years' experience working with both Construction & Harbour Mobile Machines. Experience with part lists, preparing quotes and order administration. Shows capability in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships.
