Therole: Full-timepermanent role.Location:William Durant Drive, Upper HuttPosition starts in 2 weeksRoster: Mondayto Friday (5 nights per week)Hours: 8.30 pmto 4.00 am (approx.)Thejob: Youwill play a key part in ensuring our department runs while smoothly fostering apositive and productive work environment. Some of the key responsibilities are:
Assist in the management of the day to dayoperations of the teamEnsure the highest standards of freshness, quality,and food safety.Foster a collaborative andproductive team environment.Manage the dispatch functionsRoster management and allocationof tasks and resourcesOversee all aspects of producepreparation, ensuring freshness and qualitySupervise the prep produceprocessing operationsMonitoring product quality beforepackaging by closely inspectingMonitor operating machines topeel, core, slice, and dice fruits and vegetablesMaintain a clean and hygienic workareaStrictly adhere to food safetystandards and observe H&S protocolsTheperson: You will possess a deep understandingof produce handling, quality control, and dispatch processes. You will ideallyhave relevantexperience leading ateam either in the Fresh Produce or Warehousing industry.
